3. User Accounts

To use Faceless Lab, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Faceless Lab for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish using our tool. You agree not to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringes on others' rights, or violates the terms of third-party platforms (such as YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram).

5. YouTube API Services

Faceless Lab uses YouTube API Services to enable video uploads and publishing to your YouTube channel. By using our service, you expressly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our usage of YouTube API Services includes:

• Integration with YouTube for video uploads and management
• Access to your YouTube account data with your permission
• Temporary storage of YouTube-related data

6. LinkedIn

7. Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Faceless Lab uses Meta (Facebook Login) to publish videos to Facebook Pages and Instagram. By using this feature, you agree to be bound by Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram's Terms of Use. 8. Data Storage and Retention

For YouTube-related data and other connected platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), we store it for as long as your account is connected. You may disconnect your YouTube account or any other platform, or request deletion of your stored data at any time through your account settings.

9. Subscription and Refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact support to initiate a refund.

10. Intellectual Property

The content you create using Faceless Lab belongs to you. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving our service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Faceless Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
